At Redtape, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Redtape account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
