We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags intact. You can initiate a return through our online returns portal.
Are Redtape products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our footwear and apparel come with a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage from misuse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
